Welcome to the Noretek Mobile Application (“App”). By downloading, registering, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Service Description

The App allows you to:

  1. Purchase prepaid tokens for gas usage.
  2. Recharge their gas meters.
  3. Monitor gas consumption and account balances.
  1. User Responsibilities
  1. You must provide accurate registration information.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  3. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  4. You must protect your meter from any form of temparing.
  1. Payments
  1. All purchases are prepaid.
  2. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
  3. Noretek Energy is not liable for delays caused by payment gateways, internet disruption or banks.
  1. Meter Usage
  1. Tokens purchased grant you access to use gas until units are exhausted.
  2. Gas supply will automatically stop once units are depleted.
  3. You are responsible for monitoring your balance and ensuring timely recharge.
  1. Data and Privacy
  1. Your data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see Privacy Policy above).
  2. You have the right to request deletion of your account data (see Data Deletion Policy above).
  1. Service Availability
  1. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the App will always function error-free.
  2. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may temporarily affect availability.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  1. Noretek Energy will not be liable for losses arising from:
    • Incorrect token entry.
    • Service disruptions outside our control (e.g., internet or payment failures).
    • Unauthorized access due to user negligence.
  1. Termination
  1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  2. You may terminate your account at any time via the App or by contacting support.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
